When you sign up to Halaxy, you'll be able to use our core software straightaway. However, there are certain features that you will be unable to access until you get your profile verified.
Being a verified practitioner means that you can:
-
Enable your online directory listing
-
Take online bookings
- Send SMS or emails to patients
-
Process payments electronically within Halaxy
-
Import and use clinical templates from Halaxy's preset library
-
Purchase Halaxy credits, which are used to pay for optional add-ons that turbocharge your practice, including SMS reminders, two-way calendar syncing, secure messaging, User Action History, custom SMS names and dedicated SMS numbers.
Verification protects patients by promoting authentic healthcare practices, so it's recommended to get verified after signing up.
In order to verify your profile, add these details as you set up your practice on Halaxy:
