Getting verified

When you sign up to Halaxy, you'll be able to use our core software straightaway. However, there are certain features that you will be unable to access until you get your profile verified.

Being a verified practitioner means that you can:

Verification protects patients by promoting authentic healthcare practices, so it's recommended to get verified after signing up.

Requirements for profile verification

In order to verify your profile, add these details as you set up your practice on Halaxy:

Professional Registration

Your practitioner licence number and registration body (if you are a member of a registration body, such as AHPRA)

Profile page

  1. On the sidebar, click Personal > Profile.

  2. In the top right, click Edit.

  3. Under the Qualifications & Credentials section, enter your details.

Practice Information

  • Full practice name

  • Your practice location or registered business address

  • Business contact number

  • Website link

Locations page

  1. On the sidebar, click Personal > Locations.

  2. Next to your practice name, click Edit.

  3. In the Practice Information pop-up, enter your details.

Business Registration

Your business registration number (e.g. ABN)

Locations page

When you have completed the requirements, the Halaxy team will perform the verification process. When your profile is verified, you will be notified and your profile will display an Enabled label.

Tip

Entering the complete requirements will speed up the verification process, allowing you to make the most of Halaxy more easily.
