Note

If the score or answer has been recorded multiple times, the dynamic data converts to the most recent score or answer at the time of publishing.

Checks for dynamic data

Is your dynamic data showing the wrong data or not converting at all? Refer to the table below to ensure that your dynamic data terms are populating the correct data.

Type of Dynamic Data

Details

Score

  • There must be a published clinical note using a template that this score belongs to

  • The published note must have the same assigned practitioner as the clinical note where the dynamic data is being used.

  • If the score has been recorded multiple times in different clinical notes for the same practitioner, the most recent score at the time populates the dynamic data term.

Template question

  • There must be a published clinical note using a template that contains this question.

  • The published note must have the same assigned practitioner as the clinical note where the dynamic data is being used.

  • If the answer has been recorded multiple times in different clinical notes for the same practitioner, the most recent answer at the time populates the dynamic data term.

Patient profile question

If the patient profile question does not contain an answer, the dynamic data term does not convert when published..

All types

You can only populate data from the same patient for whom you are creating a clinical note.
