Import a preset clinical note template or clinical tool

Who can do this?

Practices with at least one verified practitioner

Templates speed up and standardise the way you create clinical records for patients. Halaxy offers a library of preset templates for clinical notes and clinical tools that you can import and customise to your practice. All imported templates are available for all practitioners in your practice group.

Depending on your profession, some of these templates may already be linked to fees and referral types.

Tip

Import as you go! Clinical templates and tools can also be quickly imported from your clinical notes.

Note

Depending on your access settings, you may not be able to add or import new templates. Please contact your group administrator if you need access to add or import clinical templates.
