For the security of all users and integration of our health system, practitioners who wish to use e-scripts and paper eRx prescriptions must first set up the following prerequisites for their Halaxy account.

Enable Prescriptions and Order Requests for users in their access level settings.

Ensure you have an active and verified Medicare Location ID for each practice location where you are prescribing from.

Register each prescribing practitioner with eRx at their website to get an entity ID. You will be notified when your registration is approved and activated.

Link your practice HPI-O to Halaxy's CSP in PRODA.

Halaxy's CSP registration number is 8003630833414661.

Users must ensure that the correct HPI-O is entered.
