Report on campaign status

You can run a Communication Report to track whether a campaign has been sent, scheduled or cancelled. This also allows you to cancel a scheduled campaign.

Run a campaigns report

  1. Click Reports > Communication.

  2. On the top right, click New Report.

  3. For Report Type, select Campaigns.

  4. Click Run.

From from here, you can:

  • Check whether a campaign has been Sent, Scheduled or Cancelled in the Status column, as well as the scheduled send date in the Sent column.

  • Cancel a scheduled campaign by clicking Cancel Campaign.

  • Hover over the data in the Recipients column to see a summary of the recipients.

  • Click on a campaign to see detailed information on recipients, recipient status, and credits used
