Enable automatic top up of Halaxy credits

Who can do this?

  • Practitioners: All access levels except Personal Access can purchase credits for the group and individuals

  • Practitioners: Personal Access can only purchase their own credits

  • Administrators: All access levels can purchase credits for the group and individuals

  • Only verified profiles can purchase credits

You can set your Halaxy to automatically purchase credits using your saved credit card when your balance reaches a certain amount. This ensures that you always have enough credits without having to constantly check your credit balance.

Set up auto top up for credits

  1. Click Settings > Payments.

  2. Under the Halaxy Credit Settings section, under the Auto Top Up column, click the Icon-Edit.svg edit icon next to the group or practitioner you want to enable auto top-up for. (To add a new individual practitioner's credit settings, click Add New.)

  3. In the pop-up, configure the following:

    • Auto Top Up: Select Enabled.

    • When credit balance reaches: Enter the credit balance amount to trigger auto top up.

    • Top Up: Enter the value amount of credits that you would like to automatically top up.

  4. If you do not have a saved credit card yet, enter your credit card details.

  5. Click Save.

When your credit balance reaches or falls below your specified balance amount, your account automatically tops up with your selected top-up amount.
