You can quickly send documents, text messages, letters, or files to referrers or professional contacts and organisations anytime – all within Halaxy.

Note
Message history records all sent emails and SMS exchanges with professional contacts and organisations.

Click Contacts > Professionals.

From the list, click a contact’s name to open their profile.

In the profile, click the contact’s email address or mobile number displayed as a blue hyperlink.

In the pop-up, enter your message. You can configure some options:

Select a practitioner and communication template for your message.

Email only: You can attach a file, add a subject line, and add CC and BCC email addresses.

SMS only: Select whether the SMS is one-way (recipient cannot respond) or two-way (recipient can respond). To send a two-way message, you must have a dedicated number subscription.

Click Send.

Click Contacts > Organisations.

From the list, click the organisation name to open its profile.

In the profile, click the organisation email address or mobile number displayed as a blue hyperlink. (Note: If an organisation has contacts stored, you can click the contact’s details to message that specific contact.)
