How do I update my credit card details for buying credits?

To update your card details, you need to delete your existing card from the system, then re-enter your new card details. Halaxy does not actually store your full credit card details for security reasons, so you cannot simply edit your card details without removing them entirely.

To remove your credit card, click Settings > Payments. Under the Halaxy Credit Settings section, click the Icon-Bin.svg bin icon next to the card you want to remove. In the pop-up, click Delete to confirm. Your credit card details are removed, and you can now add a new credit card.

What does the expense "Halaxy practitioner recoup" mean?

This expense is a refund of a payment processed through Halaxy, usually when your patient disputes a card payment made to you. It is listed as a "recoup" because refunds and chargebacks are processed from Halaxy's merchant account rather than from your card. We then recoup the amount by charging your card on file.
