Due to security reasons, only Halaxy staff members can change professions for users. Please send an email request to community@halaxy.com with your new profession and we will change this for you.
If you have uploaded a profile photo but it is not appearing in your directory profile, this may be due any of these reasons:

Your directory profile is set to Hidden. (Note: If you have not been verified, you cannot enable your directory profile)

Your profile photo is set to Hidden. (Your photo can be hidden even if your directory profile is public.)

The photo you uploaded is not in a supported format. The image must be in JPG, PNG or GIF format.
Make sure both your directory profile and profile photo are set to Public.
