-
Click Settings > Users.
-
Under your practice group, next to the user's name, click the
pencil icon. (Deactivated users are greyed out and at the bottom of the list.)
-
Click Activate User.
First, add the user to your practice group. When the user signs into their Halaxy, they can accept or reject the invitation in their notification.
If the user accepts your invitation, they will be able to switch between practice groups using the toggle at the top of the screen.
Note: For data security reasons, Halaxy keeps each group completely separate. To access the data in any given group, you must specifically switch to that group.
How do I limit administrative staff access to just financial and accounting information so that private information is protected?
Your practice group's administrator in Halaxy can set other users in your organisation (such as bookkeepers or administrative staff) to be able to see invoices and financial reports but not private information or clinical records. This way, patient names are anonymised in the format HX123456.

When you add the practitioner, set their Profession to the profession they are training for. Then edit their profile and under the Qualifications & Credentials section, select their appropriate Training Status. This adds a label with their profession to show that they are still training.
