Halaxy allows you to book specific rooms and/or equipment to reserve them for your appointment times.
Important
Before booking, you must first add rooms and equipment to your practice locations.

From the calendar, create an appointment.

Add the appointment details, including the following, if applicable:

Location: Select the specific room you want to book.

Equipment: First select the location, then select the specific equipment.

Click Save.
This room and/or equipment is now reserved for this appointment.
Note
Can’t find the equipment you’re looking for? The equipment may be assigned only to specific practitioners. You can check its settings by clicking Personal > Locations, then for the relevant location, click the pencil icon next to the equipment name.
