Send video consultation link to patients

Each patient has a unique appointment link to access their video consultations via Halaxy Telehealth or Coviu. You can send patients their appointment link in two ways: automatically or manually.

Note

Video consultation links are visible only to the practitioner booked for the appointment. This is to ensure privacy and security.

Automatically send telehealth link through reminders

You can insert the link to the video consultation in your scheduled reminders via dynamic terms. To do this follow the steps below.

  1. Click Settings > Reminders.

  2. For the group or practitioner settings you want to edit, under the Preferences section, ensure you have enabled reminders. (If not, click Edit and tick the checkboxes for reminders you want to send to patients.)

  3. Under the Templates section, under Video Consultation, select a reminder template you want to edit.
