Add a logo to invoices

Adding a logo to your invoice letterhead is a great way to establish your practice brand and to make your invoices look professional. You can easily show your logo in every invoice by adding it to your letterhead template.

When you create a Halaxy account, a default letterhead template is automatically set for both invoices and clinical notes. You can also opt to use a separate invoice letterhead template by creating one for your practice location.

Note

For best results, use JPG or PNG files with 72 ppi resolution.

Add a logo to your letterhead template

  1. Open the letterhead template.

    • For the default letterhead template: Click Settings > General, then under Clinical Settings, next to Default letterhead template, click the Icon-Edit.svg Edit icon. (This template applies to all clinical notes and invoices for this practice group.)

    • For the invoice letterhead head template: Click Personal > Locations, under the relevant location, click Add Template. If you already have an invoice letterhead template, click the Icon-Edit.svg Edit icon next to it. (This template applies only to invoices for this practice location.)

  2. In the header or footer editor, click the area where you want to insert the logo.

  3. On the toolbar, click the Image icon.

  4. Drag and drop the image file to the upload area or click Upload File.

  5. On the image is uploaded, click the image thumbnail to add it to the editor. You can also click on the logo image to select alignment options.

  6. At the bottom of the page, click Preview to preview your letterhead or click Save to save your changes.
