Halaxy integrates with WorkCover Queensland to allow healthcare providers to lodge claims directly, bypassing the need to send claims by email. Multiple practitioners at a practice group can connect their own individual integrations.
There are three requirements for a WorkCover Queensland integration:

Register as a provider with WorkCover Queensland. (You will be given a username and password for authentication.)

Set your practice group default state to Queensland.

Set at least one practice location address to Queensland.
When you have completed these requirements, you can proceed to setting up the integration.

Processing an insurance claim with WorkCover Queensland in Halaxy costs 1 credit per successful transaction.

Click Settings > Integrations.

Under the Payments / Rebates section, next to WorkCover QLD, click the
pencil icon.

In the pop-up, next to your name, click Add New.

Enter the username and password provided by WorkCover Queensland from your registration. Important: You must include a B2B_ prefix before your WCQ username - for example: B2B_P123456.

Click Save.
You are now set up and authenticated to lodge claims directly with WorkCover Queensland.
Once you have completed your integration, you can set your group and location default states back to your original location.
