Customise your patient profiles

Every practice has different preferences for the type of information you want to see in a patient's profile. You can customise the information that appears on patient profiles to include any data you choose, including custom fields and clinical questions. For example, you may wish to include a patient's blood type or marital status as part of their profile.

By adding data fields to the default profile, you modify patient profiles to better suit your clinical needs.

Tip

The questions you can add to patient profiles can be reused from any existing clinical tool templates your practice uses.
