If you are leaving a practice, you can quickly and easily deactivate your own account, allowing you to manage your own access. This ensures a seamless transition and helps keep your practice group's records up to date.
Note
You can only leave a practice group if you are a member of multiple groups. If you belong to just one group, you must directly request deactivation from the account owner or a full access user.
Tip
It is highly recommended to export a copy of your records before leaving a group, as you will lose access to your records afterwards. Otherwise, you will need to contact the practice group directly to request access again.
