In Halaxy, your practice data can be fully exported. Send a request to community@halaxy.com and our team can enable this feature for you.
Tip
Do you need to export a patient's full health records? You can quickly export a patient's clinical note history (such as for backup or subpoena purposes) anytime.
When data export is enabled, follow the steps below.

Click Settings > General.

Under the Data Export section, click Export your data now.

In the pop-up, select the data types you want to export.

(Optional) Select a date range for your data.

Click Export. Under the Data Export section, the data export status displays as Pending. Please allow some time for the export to complete.

When the export status changes to Completed, click the
Download icon to download your data as a zip file.
