HealthLink is a trusted platform for secure, electronic communication between healthcare providers, widely used across the Australian healthcare industry to exchange referrals, results, and other patient clinical records.
With full integration in Halaxy, you can simplify data sharing, ensure compliance with security standards, and enhance collaboration with other practitioners - all within the Halaxy platform.
Sending messages with HealthLink costs 1 credit per message. HealthLink requires their own subscription for sending messages and may incur their own fees.
Note
This guide is for connecting new HealthLink users. If you are an existing HealthLink user, contact HealthLink for your registration.
Tip
You only need one registration for your practice group. If a new practitioner joins your practice, they don't have to register but they may want to get in touch with HealthLink to be added into their practitioner directory.

Click Settings > Integrations.

Under the Secure Messaging section, next to HealthLink, click Add New.

In the pop-up, click Register to open the HealthLink registration page.

Follow the steps in the HealthLink website and submit your registration.
When your registration is approved, your integration on Halaxy is automatically activated for you. Please allow up to 3 days for approval.
When your account status changes to Active, you can now receive messages via HealthLink. To send messages via HealthLink, you will need a HealthLink subscription.
