Clinical notes can be sent to other practitioners if both you and the receiving practitioner have HealthLink accounts.
Sending clinical records using HealthLink costs 1 credit per message

Need another option for sharing clinical records? Halaxy also offers fax services.
Note
HealthLink requires their own subscription for sending messages and may incur their own fees per message. For questions, please contact HealthLink.

Open the clinical note.

Click the down arrow to open the note options, then select SMD HealthLink.

In the pop-up, enter the search criteria to find your recipient.

Click the practitioner you want to send the clinical note. A summary appears for you to review.

Select the message type, then click Send.
When you receive a secure message through HealthLink:

You receive an
inbox notification in the top right of your screen. In the notification, click View link to open the message.

To view all secure messages sent and received, click Contacts > Secure Messages.

Under the Message Status section, if the message is not linked to a patient and/or practitioner, click Edit to manually link the message.

To view the message, under Observations, click the
download icon. The message is downloaded as an RTF document, which you can open on your computer.

To add the secure message file to the patient's clinical records, in the top right, click Add as Client Note. The secure message is then added as below:
