By default, any patient can book appointments from your Halaxy online bookings page. In some cases, it may be necessary to prevent certain patients from booking appointments with your practice online.

Blocking patients prevent them from booking valuable appointment slots if they have poor attendance history, are problematic and need special handling, or are banned from your practice. This also prevents them from purchasing packages from your directory page.
