Report on expiring referrals

Referral reports can help you identify which patients have expiring referrals or are almost reaching their referral limit, such as running out of appointments or value.

Run an expiring referrals report

This example demonstrates how you can identify patients with 1 appointment left in their referral and have an appointment within the next 2 weeks.

  1. Click Reports > Contact.

  2. On the top right, click New Report.

  3. Configure the following options for your report:

    • Report Type: Select Referral.

    • Limit: Set how many available appointments left in the referral. For example, setting this to Equals 1 shows patients with 1 appointment left in their referral limit.

    • Length: Select the timeframe for upcoming appointments. For example, setting it to 14 days will filter the results further for those who have an appointment within the next 14 days.

  4. Click Run.

You can adjust the report parameters to suit your needs.
