The user account logged in may not be the practitioner assigned in the appointment. Only the assigned practitioner can join the telehealth appointment.
If there are reaction graphics that suddenly appear during your telehealth appointment (such as balloons or fireworks), these are a feature of your device and not Halaxy Telehealth. You will need to disable the reactions feature for video calls on your device.
