Set a patient status

Patient statuses help you organise and categorise your patients. Statuses can be used for labeling and report filtering, however some statuses also affect patient profile visibility.

Change a patient status

  1. Open the patient's profile.

  2. In the top right of the profile, click Edit.

  3. For Status, select the appropriate status for the patient from the dropdown.

  4. Click Save.

You can restore a deleted patient by running a patient report and filter Patient Status to Deleted.

When patient is added to an appointment, their status changes to Current.

Alternatively, you may use the Waiting List feature.
