You can run an Introduction Source patient report to generate a list of new patients in your practice.

Click Reports > Patient.

On the top right, click New Report.

For Report Type, select Introduction Source.

For Created, select a date range.

(Optional) Set any other filters as needed.

Click Run.
The report displays a list of patients who were added to your Patient List within the filters you set, as well as their introduction source.
