Upload a patient profile photo

Profile photos help you identify and keep track of your patients - which is handy if you treat a lot of people!

Add a patient profile picture

  1. Open the patient profile.

  2. Next to the patient's name, click the circle with the Icon-Camera.svg camera icon.

  3. In the pop-up, click Upload File to select an image from your computer, or click and drag an image into the box. (JPG, JPEG and PNG files are accepted.)

  4. Click Save.

Tip

For best results, image files should be at a minimum size of 200 x 200 pixels.

Remove patient profile picture

  1. Open the patient profile.

  2. On the patient's profile photo, click the red bin icon.

  3. In the pop-up, click Delete to confirm.
