If you are experiencing issues with online bookings, you can troubleshoot these issues yourself by checking these frequently asked questions. If your issue is still not resolved, you can contact Halaxy for assistance.

Whenever you have a new booking, you receive a message in your Halaxy notifications. Click the bell icon at the top of the screen to see your notifications.
There may be gaps in your online bookings due to your online bookings preferences. If you want to make sure there are as few gaps as possible, make sure that you have "Dynamic" selected for Appointment Scheduling (this will allow appointments to be made in open slots in your schedule, as opposed to fixed time slots only).
To enable dynamic appointment scheduling, open your online bookings preferences for the relevant location. For the Appointment Scheduling setting, select Dynamic.
Open your online booking preferences for the relevant location. For Appointment Lead Time, select Specified, then enter the required number of hours for lead time. For example, if you don't want patient's making appointments within 24 hours of the appointment time, enter 24.
You can create packages in Finances > Fees, then click the Packages tab. When you create or edit a package, tick the Enable for online purchase checkbox to make it available on your location or practitioner profile.

My patient is booking her package appointments. Why are the appointments not deducting from her package?
To book appointments from a prepaid package, patients must book the same fee/service item for the same practitioner at the same location indicated in her purchased package. If any of these details are different, the booking will be made as a standalone unpaid appointment, and not from the package.
