Report on emails

The email report lists all emails sent (or attempted to be sent) from your practice using Halaxy, such as reminders, invoice emails, campaigns, intake forms, and appointment confirmations. The report includes details on the email send time/date and status.

Run an email report

  1. Click Reports > Communication.

  2. On the top right, click New Report.

  3. For Report Type, select Email.

  4. (Optional) Set any other filters as needed.

  5. Click Run.

In the report results, click on the Icon-Magnifying-Glass.svg magnifying glass icon to view more information about the email.
