Guide to Contact reports

Contact reports track referrals, professional contacts and organisations in your practice, allowing you to track requirements and contacts for your patients' care. 

Types of Contact reports

You can create the following reports under this category:

Report Type

Description

Professional contacts

Create a list of professional contacts, which you can filter by profession, status, label, and more.

Organisations

Create a list of organisations, which you can filter by organisation type, label and more.

Referral

Create a list of referrals in your practice, which you can filter by referral date, expiry date, referral type, recipient practitioner, limit, patient and more.

 

Run a Contact report

  1. Click Reports > Contact.

  2. On the top right, click New Report.

  3. Select the Report Type and set your filters.

  4. Click Run.

  5. Your report results are displayed in a list. From here, you can:

    • Edit filters: In the top right of the report, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

    • Save report: At the bottom of the report, click Save. This saves the report to its report category list.

    • Close report: At the bottom of the report, click Cancel. This closes the report without saving it.
