Guide to Patient reports

Patient reports generate a list of patients based on filters you set. This is especially handy if you need to contact a specific audience for SMS and email campaigns.

To run, save or view patient reports, click Reports > Patient in the sidebar.

Types of Patient reports

You can create the following reports under this category:

Report Type

Description

Birthday

View a list of patients with birthdays within specific dates

Case Load

View a list of patients each practitioner has a relationship with.

Claim

View funding claims per patient

Clinical Note

Track the notes created per patient with a draft or published status

Clinical Reports

Track responses to clinical questions across multiple patients. (Example: patients with a specific diagnosis or different age groups across patients)

Contact

Track or locate emergency contacts created for patients

Introduction Source

Track patients according to introduction sources (i.e. how your patients first heard about your practice)

Location

View a list of patients according to their listed address

Mailchimp

Check the syncing status of your patient list to Mailchimp

Medicare/DVA Validation

View verification status of patients' Medicare or DVA details.

Run a Patient report

  1. On the sidebar, click Reports > Patient.

  2. On the top right, click New Report.

  3. Select the Report Type and set your filters.

  4. Click Run.

  5. Your report results are displayed in a list. From here, you can:

    • Edit filters: In the top right of the report, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

    • Save report: At the bottom of the report, click Save. This saves the report to its report category list.

    • Close report: At the bottom of the report, click Cancel. This closes the report without saving it.
