The invoice in Xero has been deleted or marked as paid. When an invoice in Xero is deleted or marked as paid, it cannot be modified from Halaxy. |
You will need to edit the status of the invoice in Xero. Open the relevant invoice in Halaxy. Click the Xero button at the top of the invoice. In the pop-up, click the invoice number link. This will take you to the same invoice on Xero where you can edit the status. |

Occasionally, the link between Xero and Halaxy needs to be re-established. When the link has been lost, data does not transfer across. |
To re-establish the link:
