Set your default clinical note preferences

You can set how you want your clinical notes to look whenever you share, email, print or download them.

Customise your clinical note settings

  1. Open any patient profile and click the Clinical Notes tab.

  2. In the top right, click the Icon-Settings.svg cog icon to open the clinical note preferences.

  3. In the pop-up, set your preferences:

    • Detail: Select which information you want to include in the clinical notes when you print them.

    • Template: Select your preference on displaying a header or footer in your printed clinical notes.

  4. Click Save.

Your preferences now apply when you share, email, print or download your clinical notes.

Tip

Need different settings for just one time? You can set custom preferences for individual clinical notes.
