You can download a patient’s full clinical record for backup or subpoena purposes. This allows you to export all clinical notes – including appointment notes, prescriptions, orders, patient forms, clinical tools, attached files – into a single zip file.

Open the patient profile, click the Clinical Notes tab and open any clinical note.

In the top right, click Actions then click
Print clinical note.

In the pop-up, for Content, select All patient notes/files then click Export.

The clinical record file begins to export. In the top-right, click Actions then click
Download clinical notes to open your download history. While exporting, the Status of the download is Pending.

When your file is ready to download, you receive a notification. In the download history pop-up, click the
Updated
