Halaxy credit settings can be set at a practice group or individual level. With individual settings, practitioners in your practice group may pay for their own Halaxy credits separately, even with separate credit cards. This gives you full flexibility on who can and how to pay for credits.

Click Settings > Payments.

Under the Halaxy Credit Settings section, click Add New.

In the pop-up, configure the following settings:

Level: Select Individual, then select the practitioner from the dropdown.

Auto Top Up: Select Enabled to automatically purchase more credits when this practitioner's balance falls below 10 credits. Leave as Disabled if the practitioner wants to manually buy credits.

Enter the credit card details.

Click Save.
The practitioner is now ready to buy Halaxy credits with their own credit card.
