Your contact email address is used for emailing patients in your practice group. It’s also listed in your Halaxy directory listing (if it is enabled), so we recommended keeping it up to date.
Note
Your contact email address applies only to the currently selected practice group. If you are a member of multiple practice groups and need to change your contact email address for all of them, you’ll need to switch to each group to update.
Tip
If you want to further organise your emails, you can set different contact email addresses for different communication types by configuring your email sender preferences.
