You can change the email address you use to sign in to Halaxy any time. It’s recommended to use a personal email address so you can retain your account even if you join or leave a practice group.
Note
Your sign-in email address can be different to your contact email address (i.e. the email that you use to receive communication from patients, contacts, and organisations).

Did you know that you can use different email addresses for sending different email types? You can use different addresses for sending emails, reminders, clinical notes or booking confirmations. Configuring your email sender preferences helps declutter and organise your inboxes.
