In addition to our world-class security features, Halaxy also provides you with automated security preferences for your group:

Password Refresh requires all users in your practice group to change their password after a regular interval of time. You can specify the schedule of these intervals.

Idle Activity automatically logs out users after a period of inactivity. You can set the length of this inactive period that logs users out.
These features are both optional, but we recommend using them.
Tip
It’s always better to maximise your security. Don’t forget to enable two-factor authentication for your group!

Click Settings > Users.

Next to your practice group name, click the
lock icon to open your security preferences.

Configure the following settings:

Password Refresh: Select the regular interval schedule to require your group users to change their Halaxy password.

Idle Activity: Select the length of inactive period elapsed to automatically log out your group users.
