Who can do this?

Practitioners: Full Access

Administrators: Full Access
You can change a variety of information – such as password, access level, sign-in email address, two-factor authentication (2FA) – for other users within your practice group.
Note
If you need to change someone’s name or professional information, edit their profile.

Click Settings > Users.

Next to the user’s name, you can change or update their:

Password: Click the lock and arrow icon.

Access level: Click the pencil icon.

Sign-in email: Click the pencil icon.

2FA: Click the cogwheel icon. This only allows you to reset 2FA methods for the user, but not validate.

Note
You cannot change a user’s role type (i.e. Practitioner or Administrator). If you need to make this change, email us at community@halaxy.com.
