Update individual user information

Who can do this?

  • Practitioners: Full Access

  • Administrators: Full Access

You can change a variety of information – such as password, access level, sign-in email address, two-factor authentication (2FA) – for other users within your practice group.

Note

If you need to change someone’s name or professional information, edit their profile.

Edit user information

  1. Click Settings > Users.

  2. Next to the user’s name, you can change or update their:

    • Password: Click the Icon-Password.svg lock and arrow icon.

    • Access level: Click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

    • Sign-in email: Click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

    • 2FA: Click the Icon-Settings.svg cogwheel icon. This only allows you to reset 2FA methods for the user, but not validate.

Note

You cannot change a user’s role type (i.e. Practitioner or Administrator). If you need to make this change, email us at community@halaxy.com.
