By embedding Halaxy's online booking service into your website, your website visitors can book appointments directly at your website. If you prefer to direct website visitors to the Halaxy directory, there are HTML codes available for embedding, such as links to your practitioner profile directory listing, practice directory listing or online bookings page.

If you are not familiar with HTML code, you may need to ask your website developer about this process.

Click Personal > Profile.

Click Directory Profile Preferences.

In the pop-up, for Directory profile, select Public, then click Save.

Click Directory Profile Preferences to return to the pop-up. Under the Embed tab, you have the following link options:

Personal directory listing

URL of practitioner profile: A link to your practitioner profile on the Halaxy directory. You can provide this to your patients or professional contacts.

HTML button practitioner profile: A button you can display on your website that takes your website visitors to your practitioner profile on the Halaxy directory. Copy this code and paste it in your website source code.

Location listing (Note: If you have multiple locations, each location has its own codes.)

HTML button practitioner booking page at location: A button you can display on your website that takes website visitors to your practitioner online booking page for this location on the Halaxy directory. Copy this code and paste it in your website source code.

Embed code practitioner booking page at location: Displays your practitioner online booking page for this location directly in your website, allowing your website visitors to make bookings. Copy this code and paste it in your website source code.

URL of location profile: A link to this location's profile on the Halaxy directory. You can provide this to your patients or professional contacts.

URL of location booking page: A link to this location's online booking page on the Halaxy directory. You can provide this to your patients or professional contacts.

Embed code for location booking page: Displays this location's online booking page for this location directly in your website, allowing your website visitors to book with any of this location's practitioners who have enabled online bookings. Copy this code and paste it in your website source code.
