When patients book appointments online, they must select from a list of fees or services that you choose to make available. At any time, you can choose the fees to include or exclude for online bookings.
Tip
Do you have online booking fees that are only for specific locations or practitioners? Use pricing blocks to customise fee visibility.

Click Finances > Fees.

Click the fee you want to edit.

Under the Pricing section, click the
Edit icon.

In the pop-up, set Visibility to Public or Hidden as you require, then click Save.

Click Save Fee.
Any fee set to Public is available to book online. Any fee set to Hidden is not included in the fees list for online bookings.
