Cancel a reminder

Individual reminders for appointments can easily be cancelled any time before their scheduled send date and time. If you want to stop some or all reminders from sending entirely, you can disable reminders.

Tip

Reminders can be configured according to your preferences. For example, you can disable reminders for specific fees or just for specific patients.

Cancel a scheduled reminder from sending

From the calendar, open the appointment.
In the Appointment Information panel, click the Reminders icon.
Click the Cancel icon for the reminder that you want to cancel.

The reminder is cancelled for this appointment.
