Cancel an invoice email

When you email an invoice, its send status is set to Pending for a few minutes before it sends successfully. It is during this time that you can undo an invoice email before it sends. When the send status changes to Sent, you will no longer be able to recall or cancel the email.

Cancel an invoice email

  1. Go to the invoice.

  2. On the top-right, click the Icon-Mail.svg Email icon.

  3. Scroll down to the Email History section and click the Icon-X.svg Cancel icon.

  4. The send status changes to Cancelled.
