Your Halaxy calendar is colour-coded for your convenience. This helps you easily stay on top of your schedule with just a quick glance. Halaxy provides colour labels for appointment statuses and personal appointments, and you can set custom colours for your practice hours and fees/appointment types.

Appointment status colour: The colour of the appointment time label indicates the appointment status, which can be automatically changed by a patient’s response to a two-way SMS reminder. (To use, enable Status colours in your calendar preferences .)

Fee or appointment type colour: The colour of the appointment block on the calendar indicates the fee or appointment type used for the appointment. You can customise the colours for each fee or appointment type.

Location hours colour: The background colour of the calendar. This shows your practice hours at a specific location.

Personal appointments colour: The background colour for personal appointments is set to grey by default, so you can easily identify your own appointments that do not involve patients or treatment. This colour can also be customised for every personal appointment.
