Favourites allow you to bookmark your most frequently used clinical templates and organise them into groups. When set up, your grouped favourites appear in the Favourites tab of the clinical sidebar when viewing clinical notes.
In the Favourites tab, click on a favourite template and it will instantly be created for you in a new clinical note.

Click Settings > Clinical, then click the Sidebar tab.

In the Users list, click your name.

Under the Favourites section, click Add Favourites.

In the pop-up, configure the following:

Group Name: Enter a name or category for your template group. This appears as a section heading in your Favourites tab. (e.g. Questionnaires, Referrals, Letters, etc.)

Active: Tick to display this group of favourites in the sidebar.

Clinical Orders: Select which clinical orders you want to include in this group of favourites. When selected in your clinical notes, these orders are automatically created with your name and location.

Templates: Click Add Template to Group to select templates you want to include in this group.

Click Save.

(Optional) To add more groups of favourite templates, repeat from Step 3.
Your group of favourites are saved. When you view any patient's clinical notes, your active favourites appear in the Favourites tab of the clinical sidebar.

Open a new clinical note.

On the clinical sidebar, click the Favourites tab, then click the name of the template you want to use.
The selected template is now imported into your clinical note.
