Business Activity Statement (BAS) Report

Follow

If you are a business registered for GST, you need to lodge a business activity statement (BAS) to the Australian Tax Office to report your GST and PAYG instalments.

The Business Activity Statement (BAS) Report in Halaxy automatically calculates your inputs for your monthly or quarterly business activity statement, including GST amounts owed to the Australian Tax Office from sales and purchases and the appropriate reference number for each category.

The BAS report accounts for GST on a cash basis. For income reporting on an accrual basis, you can use an Invoice report.
