Confidentiality is infused throughout Halaxy's design and workflow. You can set your practice group's administration (bookkeepers or administrative staff) to view patient information without seeing real names of patients.
This restriction option is available only for administrators.

Click Settings > Users.

Under your practice group, next to the user’s name, click the
pencil icon.

Under the access settings list, tick the checkbox Hide access to patient names.

Click Save.
The administrator now sees anonymised names in HX123456 format, instead of actual patient names.
