Bring your Nookal records with you, from patient details to appointments, invoices and clinical notes.
Halaxy's data migration service moves your practice information from Nookal to Halaxy. All you need to do is export your files from Nookal and send them to the Halaxy Data Migrations team.
For a full overview of the data migrations process, see: Migrate your practice to Halaxy
-
Next, sign up and set up your practice group, with your practice locations and accounts for your active practitioners.
Use Nookal's full data export, not individual report exports, which are no longer accepted. Include inactive clients, so their appointments, invoices and notes have a patient to attach to.

File |
What it adds to Halaxy |
|---|---|
|
csvs folder (about 28 CSV files, including clients.csv, diary-services.csv and invoices.csv) |
Patient details, appointment types, appointments, billing history and clinical notes |
|
files folder (one folder for each client) |
Patient documents, as patient attachments |
-
In Nookal, export your full data, including inactive clients, then unzip the export.
Note
If you need help exporting your data from Nookal, check Nookal's knowledge base or contact Nookal customer support.
-
Keep the csvs and files folders as Nookal exports them, without renaming or editing the files inside, then compile them into a single zip file.
-
Log into your Halaxy account. On the sidebar, click Settings > General.
-
Under the Data Import section, click Import Your Data.
-
In the Import Data pop-up, select Halaxy migrates your data, then click Continue.
-
In the next window, select or drag your zip file and click Upload file. Alternatively, you can drag your zip file to the file upload box. (Optional) Add a description of the file's contents when it uploads.
-
Click Done.
Your files are uploaded and Halaxy is notified of your file upload. Our Data Migrations team will review your requirements and be in touch with you.
