Set patient detail preference for third-party invoices

With invoices billed to third-party organisations, the patient detail section may get too long, especially if you have multiple patients on merged or collated invoices. You can select the level of detail you want for this section just for a single invoice or as a default when billing a specific organisation.

Hide patient details section

  • Individual invoice

    1. Open the invoice. On the top-right, click the Icon-Settings.svg cogwheel icon.

    2. In the pop-up, for Patient Details, set how you want to display on the invoice.

    3. Click Save.

  • Organisation invoices

    1. Click Contacts > Organisations and open the organisation profile.

    2. In the Invoices section, click Edit Preferences.

    3. In the pop-up, for Patient Details, set how you want to display on the invoice.

    4. Click Save.
