Stay connected with potential patients who begin making an online booking but don't complete the process. When enabled, Data Capture for online bookings automatically saves any name and contact details entered to your patient list—so you can follow up if needed and reduce missed opportunities.

Data Capture gives you more visibility into your online bookings and allows your team to provide proactive support.
Note
This feature applies only to new patients that are not yet on your patient list.

Click Settings > General.

Under the Patient Profiles section, next to Data Capture for Online Bookings, click the
pencil icon.

In the pop-up, select Completed and abandoned bookings.

Click Save.
Patient information from abandoned bookings will be automatically saved to your patient list.
Note
New patients with incomplete bookings are initially saved with a Current status. If they do not complete their booking within 30 minutes, their patient status changes to Lead.
