With chat, patients can exchange secure messages with you directly in their Halaxy patient portal, providing seamless communication between appointments. Chat streamlines patient engagement by providing a convenient way to share updates, clarify treatment instructions, or address quick instructions without requiring a full consultation.
Chat enhances the patient experience by making it easier for them to stay connected and informed.
Note
When patient chat is enabled, only practitioners can start chat conversations. By default, chat is disabled for patients until the practitioner sends them a message.
