Create a clinical note with Heidi Health AI

Who can do this?

Streamline your clinical work on Halaxy with the Heidi Health integration. With your very own AI-powered assistant, you can focus entirely on your patient during appointments - without the distraction of typing or note-taking.

All you need to do is launch the Heidi AI widget from any clinical note and start your session. Heidi listens to your sessions, transcribes them, and transforms them into summaries, letters, outlines or any format that suits your profession.

By automating and simplifying your clinical work, you can reduce time spent on paperwork and spend more time treating your patients.

Note

Outside of your Heidi Health plan, the Heidi Health integration for Halaxy is free of charge.

Overview

Transcribe a clinical note with Heidi AI

  1. Open a clinical note.

  2. On the bottom right, click Launch AI to open the Heidi widget. (If you don't have a Heidi Health account yet, you can sign up from the widget. You can opt for a 30-day trial - no credit card needed.)

  3. (Optional) Click Context and enter any information about the patient you want Heidi to incorporate in your notes. (e.g. the patient's age reason why they are seeing you, health or medication history, etc.)

  4. When ready, click Start visit to begin recording the session.

  5. To pause or stop the session, hover your mouse over the timestamp and click End Session.

  6. In the list that appears, select the template format you want as the output for this clinical note.

  7. Click Note to view the generated output by Heidi. If you want to change the format, click the magic wand icon and select another template from the list. You can change format as many times as you need.

  8. When you want to finalise your clinical note, click Push Note.

You have successfully transcribed a Halaxy clinical note on with Heidi.

Important Notes

  • To view the raw transcription of the session, click Transcript.

  • You can create more custom templates for your transcriptions in your account at the Heidi Health website.

  • Launching the Heidi widget automatically loads the last session for the current patient within the same day.

  • To begin a new session on the same day, click the cogwheel icon in the top right of the widget, then click New session.

  • If you launch the Heidi widget on another day, a new session automatically loads in the widget.
